Suitable for any age or level of experience. * Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, flowing class that harmonises breath and movement. Each class has a specific focus and ends with deep relaxation. Experience and / or a good level of fitness is recommended. * Ante-natal Yoga Yoga can be wonderfully restoratative for the body and mind during pregnancy. Classes provide a friendly, supportive atmosphere in which to nurture you and your baby. Develop strength and flexibility of body and mind as you learn practices that will support you all the way through pregnancy, birth and beyond. No experience of yoga is required. * One to-one tuition Regular or one off private sessions can be held at a class venue, your home or office. All classes Breath is key! We work with the breath, naturally arising within us, and use breathing practices for inner purification and peace of mind. Mantra, relaxation and meditation complement the postures to leave you feeling nourished and revitalized. Naturally, everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace, in each and every moment.
